Dalaran Sewer Drain

Armor Penetration
No, it’s not. Armor is “Melee Resistance”.
ArP is Melee Penetration.
Just because no one wears resist gear (which makes Spell Pen. useless), that doesn’t change the fact that the mechanic is the same.
Also, it’s not a flat increase, as armor is non-linear.

UC elevator doors/LW trainer
